In addition to searching and approving documents from your desktop PC, you can access documents from your iPad, iPhone, or Droid. This means you can access your documents wherever you are.

In the warehouse or in shipping, you can use an iPad or iPhone to scan a SKU, UPC or other barcode, and be shown the documents related to that barcode.


For scanning documents, you can get a 60 page-per-minute (PPM) document imaging scanner for less than $1,000, and an 80 PPM scanner for less than $1,500. Or, you can use a MFP copier to scan.
